The Sabelt e-shop accepts payment via PayPal, Credit Card and bank transfer. You may select from these payment methods at the end of the order process.
All types of payment will be remitted to Zerogrey S.r.l. a socio unico, who manages the online sales operations of the Sabelt e-shop.
At no time is Zerogrey Srl able to accept cash payments, either directly or sent via mail. For any requests, questions or feedback, please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note: This online shop operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro (unless otherwise displayed). If you are paying using another currency, the currency conversion will be based on that day's exchange rate. There is no extra cost for currency conversion.

PayPal permits any company or individual consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments in a safe, secure manner. Clicking the "Pay with Paypal" link will take you to PayPal's secure website. Once there, if you already have a PayPal account, you can simply proceed to authorize your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for free and securely enter your credit card information (prepaid cards are also accepted). You will then be able to send order payments to Zerogrey Srl with the simple click of your mouse.
You can also use your current bank account to apply funds to your PayPal account, from which you can subsequently make payments.
The usage of PayPal as an online payment tool is free.

You can pay at the Sabelt e-shop using credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro.
The payment occurs over a secure server (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption key. Over this secure system, your credit card information is sent directly to the applicable banking authority over a secured, encrypted connection.
No individual within Zerogrey Srl, at the Sabelt e-shop or over the Internet has access to your credit card information at the moment of purchase or at any time.
Your secure transaction will appear on your bank statement accompanied by the description 'Zerogrey Srl' or 'ZerogreyWeb' or 'ZerogreyMaster'. The total amount spent will be debited from your account immediately and the Zerogrey Srl Customer Service team will process the order.
Orders paid using credit cards are processed faster than those paid via the alternative accepted payment methods because communication of the payment to Zerogrey Srl is instantaneous.

You have the option of paying for your purchases using a Bank Transfer. To make a Bank Trasfer, please follow these steps:

Step One - Select Bank Transfer
On the payment selection page, select 'Bank Transfer' from the list of accepted payment methods. You will then be presented with our bank details.

Step Two - Transfer the money
You may then process your bank transfer payment at your banking institution's local branch or via its website
It is very important that you write the entire alpha-numeric order number (received at the time of purchase), including the initial letters (e.g. abcde23030475431234), in the payment description form.

Step Three - Email Customer Care
Thirdly, email payments@zerogrey.com with the following details:
- Proof of payment (scan of receipt, screenshot of internet banking page, copy of email received from your online bank, etc.).
- The subject of the email should be your order number, followed by the words 'Bank Transfer', e.g. "abcde23030475431234 Bank Transfer".
- In the email, please give the name of the person who made the bank transfer (this is important when the person who made the transfer is different from the person who placed the order).
- Please include the date the transfer was made.

As soon as Zerogrey Srl has received your payment, your order will be processed and sent to Zerogrey Srl's international warehouse.
Your bank transfer can take from 4 to 6 working days to be processed and credited to Zerogrey Srl's bank account, after which Zerogrey Srl will process your order in full.
