Orders and payment

The Sabelt e-boutique accepts payment via PayPal, credit card, bank account transfer and postal account payment. You may select from these payment methods at the end of the order process.
All types of payment will be remitted to Zerogrey S.r.l., who manages the online sales operations of the Sabelt e-boutique.
At no time is Zerogrey able to accept cash payments, either directly or sent via mail. For any requests, questions or feedback, please contact our Customer Service team .


PayPal

PayPal permits any company or individual consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments in a safe, secure manner. By following the link "Pay with PayPal", you may access PayPal's secure website. Once there, if you already have a PayPal account, you can proceed to simply authorize your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, after free registration and the secure entry of your credit card information (prepaid and Postepay cards are also accepted), you will able to easily send order payments to Zerogrey with the simply click of your mouse.
You can also use your current bank account to apply funds to your PayPal account, from which you can subsequently make payments.
The usage of PayPal as an online payment tool is free.


Credit Card

You can pay at the Sabelt e-boutique using credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Laser Card.
The payment occurs over a secure server (SSL) with an 128-bit encryption key. Over this secure system, your credit card information is sent directly to the applicable banking authority over a secured, encrypted connection.
No individual within Zerogrey, at the Sabelt e-boutique or over the Internet has access to your credit card information at the moment of purchase or at any time.
Your secure transaction will appear on your bank statement accompanied by the descriptor 'Bibit payment' or 'Zerogrey'. The total amount spent will be debited from your account immediately and the Zerogrey Customer Service team will process the order.
Orders paid for using credit cards are processed faster than those paid for via the alternative accepted payment methods because the communication to Zerogrey of the payment is instantaneous.


Postal payment

You may pay for your purchases via postal payment. To do so, complete your order and select 'postal payment' from the list of various payment methods.
You may then carry out the payment at any nearby post office, taking care to specify your order number, which will you receive at the time of purchase, in the payment description form. It is important that you write the entire alpha-numeric code received at the time of purchase, including the initial letters (i.e. abcde23030475431234), in the payment description form.
Zerogrey will send the fulfillment order for the products that you ordered to its international warehouses as soon as the confirmation of the processed payment is received.
The standard processing time for your original payment to the Postal Service to be credited to Zerogrey's postal account is from 5 to 7 days, after which Zerogrey will proceed to fulfill your order.

Bank Transfers

You have the option of paying for your purchases using a bank account transfer.
To do so, upon completion of your order, select 'Bank Transfer' from the list of accepted payment methods. You may then process your bank transfer payment at your banking institutionÕs local branch or via its website, taking care to specify your order number, which will you receive at the time of purchase, in the payment description form.
It is important that you write the entire alpha-numeric code received at the time of purchase, including the initial letters (i.e. abcde23030475431234), in the payment description form.
Zerogrey will send the fulfillment order for the products that you ordered to its international warehouses as soon as the confirmation of the processed payment is received.
